摘要：本文基于实际工作岗位职责和典型工作任务，对“食品标准与法规”课程中枯燥、零散和抽象的食品标准及法律法规进行重构，提出任务驱动、项目化学习的教学内容体系，使课程内容与食品企业岗位、职业技能竞赛和“1＋X”证书对接。同时，结合我校“厚食德、明食规、强食技、能创新、接国际”的人才培养模式，融入思政元素，突出价值引领，实现“德、规、技”有机融合，提升学生食品质量和安全管理水平，以满足新时代经济社会发展的需求，实现人才培养目标。

Research on Teaching Content Reform and Practice of“Food Standards and Regulations”Course in Vocational Undergraduate College

Abstract：Based on the actual job responsibilities and typical work tasks， reconstruct the boring， scattered and abstract food standards and laws and regulations in the course of“Food Standards and Regulations”， proposing a task-driven， project-based learning teaching content system， and aligning the course content with the positions， vocational skills competitions， and“1＋X”certificates of food industry enterprises. At the same time， combined with the talent training mode of our school， which is“paying attention to morality， understanding food rules， strengthening food skills， being innovative and connecting with the international”， we should integrate ideological and political elements， highlight value guidance， realize the organic integration of“morality， rules and technology”， and improve students' food quality and safety management level， so as to meet the needs of economic and social development in the new era and realize the goal of talent training.
